Our Policies are being developed and are subject to change.  Please review this section each time you place an order.

 

Each item is hand painted and the design can vary slightly from piece to piece. 

Depending on the availability of glass at the time of your order the specific style of stemware could vary slightly as well.

 

At the time your order is placed I will e-mail you for confirmation.  Please allow at least 5-10 business days from the date of your order to the date your order is shipped.  All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground.  Upon shipping your order I will e-mail you and provide you with a tracking number.

 

If you should receive an item that has been damaged during shipping please call me within 24 hours of delivery.  I wll send a replacement item to you and FedEx will pick up the damaged item.
